FrameTurn

Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you start.

These answers explain how FrameTurn courses work and what a learner can reasonably expect from online practical guidance.

Who are FrameTurn courses for?

They are for commuters, recreational riders, families, and workshop learners who want a structured approach to changing a bicycle tire.

Do I need previous repair experience?

No. Beginner courses explain preparation and tool use before introducing the tire and tube sequence.

Which wheel systems are covered?

The catalog includes quick-release, thru-axle, road, city, gravel, and tubeless-focused lessons.

Can I save courses for later?

Yes. Select Track on a catalog card. Saved course IDs remain in your browser's local storage and appear on Fallows.

How does the cart work?

Add courses from the catalog, then adjust quantities or remove items on the Cart page. The demonstration cart is stored locally.

Are tools included?

Courses explain tools and preparation, but no physical tools or bicycle parts are shipped by FrameTurn.

Does a course replace professional service?

No. Education cannot replace inspection by a qualified mechanic when a wheel, tire, rim, axle, or brake system appears damaged.

Can I ask about an unusual bicycle?

Yes. Contact us with the bike type and wheel details, and we will suggest a suitable learning path where possible.

How do I begin?

Browse the catalog, open a course detail view, and choose a lesson that matches your situation and experience.
